I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to deliver breakfast to my room when my partner overslept. The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet, with excellent amenities. I appreciated the ironing facilities, soundproofed rooms, and lovely terrace. The spa and wellness center was fantastic, with a beautiful garden area and multiple relaxation options like the sauna and massage services. Additionally, the location was great for getting around, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping centers.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the area. The only minor issue I noticed was that some of the spa staff could be a bit friendlier, but overall the service was great and they did their best to accommodate any requests.

We loved the amazing panoramic restaurant and the helpful staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the transportation options were convenient. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

This apartment-hotel is located close to the city centre and in a very unsuspecting back alley. The restaurant with a wonderful view on the top floor offers amazing scenery of the city. Visitors enjoyed the spacious and well-organized room and nice comfy beds. Staff is friendly and the pool and spa facilities are loved by all.
The elevators are reportedly quite tiny.

The hotel offers an amazing spa with access to a great pool and hammam beds. A room with spa access is highly recommended. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast on the rooftop is fantastic with a stunning view. The hotel is conveniently located near major city sights, and the taxi service ordered from reception is cheap, reliable, and convenient.
Felt very well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the spacious apartment. The highlight was the great massage that we had at the spa. Despite some minor maintenance issues in the rooms, we had a relaxing stay. we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered a great spa experience, with a pool and sauna facilities that were great. The relaxation area was nice and cozy, perfect for some much-needed downtime. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide variety of choices that left me feeling satisfied and ready for the day. the staff were very friendly and helpful in all departments, from reception to catering.
The location, as the hotel is situated in a district that is quite poor. It would have been more ideal to stay in a more central area.
